Our very own Harvey Spencer, OSSC Councilor, presented a paper at this year’s International Optical Design Conference 2010 held in Jackson, Wyoming. Held once every 4 years, this is the premier worldwide gathering of lens design professionals. Harvey has contributed papers to 3 past IODC conferences, going as far back as the 1984 conference held in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Harvey gave a talk entitled “Thermal Considerations in the Design of a Long Focal Length, Low F-Number Infrared Imager”.
