Cancellation Policy:
As part of the terms and conditions we were required to sign to for these reservations. Mt. Wilson can cancel right up to the day of of the event. The reasons can be obvious, fires, other weather conditions, etc. If that occurs, we will work with them to find another date to reschedule, hopefully later this year.

If you have to cancel your slot, we will need to know as soon as possible, and you will be responsible for working with the waitlist to find another individual willing to take your spot and let us know of the switch. The sooner you let us know, the easier it will be to find someone to take your spot.
